Hi! I’ve run a few halves and want to start training more intentionally/efficiently. I know nothing about HR and exercise. And I was actually going to do a deep dive into recommendations until I saw you pose this incredibly well timed question! :)

Hi! Thanks for such a quick response! And you for sharing your wisdom, I’ve learned so much from your emails! Maybe where to start/basics of HR during exercise? I’ve never paid attention to it and would eventually like to use target HR ranges to improve my training for races (and just make my exercising in general more effective, not just race training).
