Hi all! I am excited for you to be here!

I created this Substack because when I founded The Mother Runners, I wanted to bolster the Mother Runner community--share information & inspiration for moms to be their best on & off the roads. And I wanted to connect fellow moms but haven’t had the right venue to do so. I don’t like Facebook & Instagram doesn’t do well with creating dialogue. I am hoping this is an answer to my dilemma. A place for you to come, learn, be inspired, & feel camaraderie with those walking (ok, running) similar paths to you. Thanks for being here!
